You can balk at the price all you want but you really get what you pay for. Tame your fly-aways down with this free styler working hairspray. Scented in the most amazing warm dew this makes my hair look as healthy as it can while doing its job to the most excellent level. Make Up For Ever – Artist Rouge Creme Lipstick in C211, Retail- $22
Finally back to the old lipstick days since Matte ruled the world this brand and especially color is a nice refresher to the good ole days. This deep blue based rosy shade has me swooning for long summer romantic nights. Giving you a long wear and nice sheen, no flaky drying pout here! Though I think Matte lips still have a season or two, this is the perfect classic lip formula that will never go out of style.

Laneige Water Sleeping Mask – Retail $25
This purifying and Moisturizing mask has a Hydro-Ionized Mineral Water and Sleep-tox to give you the most amazing supple skin. With a subtle hint of rose this overnight mask tones and refreshes to bring your skin back to life. Perfect for this transition from Winter to Spring to give my skin the glow back it needs for the most amazing makeup application for the morning after.
Eyeko Eye Do Liquid Liner – Retail $22
I generally don’t prefer felt tip liners but for Eyeko I make an exception. Its tip is pointy, not bulbous to some other liner competitors. I love that its waterproof, lash enhancing and best of all VERY black. I never have to press hard to get a nice fluid line. Something I very much enjoy from this company.
La Roche-Posay Anthelios 60 Ultra Light Sunscreen Fluid – Retail $19
This super light sunscreen fluid I wear on my no makeup days. It makes my skin feel velvety soft but wears ultralight. I dare everyone to have at least 2 daily sunscreens in their arsenal. Its so important to have some sort of protection while heading out into the sun. The packaging was eye catching to me, something a bit more medicinal like a prescription bottle to remind me to get my daily dose of sun protection.
Simple – Water Boost Hydrating Cream Retail: 9.99
I LOVE we are turning into the era of the no Artificial Perfume, Color or Harsh Chemicals world where now we can use a product that is not only better for us but better for the environment. Added bonus – This stuff actually works! If you have followed me long you will know my addiction to the Simple Micellar Cleansing Water. I use that stuff on myself, my daughter and all my clients so chances are if you sat in my makeup chair you have had a Simple product on your face. This seems to be no different. Absorbed right away with no tacky/sticky residue perfect for the summertime where you need that morning moisturizer but cant wear anything too heavy.
Make Up For Ever Ultra HD Invisible Cover Foundation (not pictured) Retail $43
In all admittance, I pulled this right out of the box to see if it was the perfect shade match and unfortunately no, it was a bit to warm for my skin tone. With that being said this product does have a huge cult following for great coverage at little product usage. I just need to get my hands on the right shade to review appropriately.
That rounds up this months of Allure’s Beauty Box Winners! See you next month with an equally in-depth review of Aprils box! Spring is upon us and cant wait to see whats in store.
